The day my world split in two.
I was driving to see my parents when my sister called.
The second I heard her voice, my stomach dropped.
It wasn’t what she said, it was how she said it.
​
Her voice was shaky, too calm, like she was trying not to break.
“Come to my house,” she said. “It’s about Mom and Dad.”
​
I remember gripping the steering wheel.
“I’m already on my way to see them,” I told her.
Silence.
Then she repeated, “Just come here.”
​
Something inside me already knew.
That kind of knowing doesn’t come from logic.
It’s the way the air changes when life collapses.
​
When I walked into her house and saw the police, I asked one word.
“Both?”
She nodded.
​
Everything went blank.
No tears.
No sound.
Just nothing.
​
It felt like my body unplugged itself because it couldn’t handle what just happened.
Alive but empty.
A heartbeat with no life in it.
​
From that moment, I became a walking zombie.
If you had told me a day before that my parents were going to die,
I would have said, “Then take me too.”
​
Four months later, my uncle, my safe place, died as well.
Three anchors of love gone in four months.
I tried to outrun the ache with alcohol, food, over giving, staying busy.
Nothing worked.
Therapy, religion, journaling... they helped me understand,
but my body still couldn’t breathe.
​
So, I started searching for answers that made sense in the body.
Neuroscience. Trauma science. Grief research.
Certifications. Interviews. Late night study sessions.
​
And then something shifted.
​
My body wasn’t broken. It was protecting me.
Grief wasn’t endless. It was love trapped in confusion.
Healing wasn’t forgetting. It was remembering love differently.
​
That truth became Grief Relief™.
Their deaths became the birth of my purpose.
​
That was also when connection returned.
I began to sense my parents and uncle around me in small, unmistakable ways.
Their love had changed language, but it never left the room.
I built a new relationship with them through stillness, awareness, and daily presence.
​
And I know this deeply. My parents and uncle would never want to be the cause of my suffering.
They want peace for me. They want my life to keep expanding.
They want their love to feel like warmth, not weight.
​
Now, I help others do the same. To learn the new language of love that exists beyond form.

I’m a mother, mentor, and grief relief specialist trained in neuroscience-based trauma resolution and nervous-system restoration.
My work bridges evidence and human experience, teaching the body how to feel safe in love again.
